Amiglide® TP2 Tablet Press Food Grade Grease meets the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and is NSF H1 registered as suitable for incidental contact with food. All ingredients are FDA listed. Amiglide® TP2 grease provides exceptional load carrying performance suitable for use under the extreme pressures exerted on Rotary Tablet Presses. 

Specially formulated with extreme pressure EP2 / anti-wear additives, plus additional PTFE to further reduce friction.

Amiglide® TP2 provides outstanding lubrication over a wide range of temperatures, is resistant to machine washing, dust and other contaminants such as powder. The advanced properties of Amiglide® TP2 make it ideally suited to Rotary Tablet Presses and other food processing equipment.

Applications:

• Heavily loaded bearings, bushes or pins (compression roll assemblies)
• High speed bearings (feeder or main-shaft)
  
• Lead screws and slide-ways 
• Lubrication of upper and lower punch heads (when oil is not solely suitable) 
• Upper and Lower Cams (bronze or steel).
