In addition to the PTK tablet press automatic tablet weight system  (P.W.R. ) which uses main load cell Kn values to fully control tablet weight with in a specific tight band, all machines can be fitted with integrated Kramer 4.1 UTS systems.

The PTK software function called AWS works in conjunction with the Kramer UTS to first physically automatically measure sample tablet weight, harness thickness and diameter. This data is then feed back to the tablet press for powder weight control.
