P2600D-45 Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank

Ultrasonic cleaning of compression tooling, dies, capsule segments and metals in contact with powders has been proven to reduce cleaning times and help maintain the life of the product. Heated ultrasonic cleaning baths along with the correct choice of cleaning solutions can penetrate and remove compressed powder from punch tips, die walls and capsule segments quickly and without abrasive manual cleaning.

Degas Feature

The P2600D series comes with an additional degassing feature to remove entrapped air in water which would normally absorb energy from the ultrasonic wave. All new water should be degassed in all ultrasonic cleaners.
