Amiglide TP150 Tablet Press Punch Oil 5L FG NSF - Food Grade H1 NSF (Manual or Auto Lube Systems) 

Amiglide TP-150 is a heavy duty H1 food safe, fully synthetic oil designed for extreme pressure applications (EP) such as punch heads, ejection cams, open worm gears and also sealed gearboxes.

TP-150 gives extended component life when applied to punch head and body, where a combination of high speed and force are required, due to its EP rating and anti-fling properties.

·   Reduction in Wear – Special additives provide excellent anti-wear and Extreme Pressure performance extending equipment life.

Applications

·  Tablet  Press Auto Lubrication Systems for punches cams and turrets.

·  Manual punch lubrication (by hand on punch loading, oil bottle, brush).

·  Drip feed bottle lubrication of punches on older machines.

·  Tablet Compression Tooling.

·  Lubrication of gears such as worm gears.
